PixToPDF Studio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PixToPDF Studio handles files and information when you use our private, browser-based image-to-PDF converter.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Files stay local

Images are converted to PDF in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers for conversion.

Minimal data

No account is required, and we do not store your source images or generated PDF files.

No data selling

We do not sell your personal information, uploaded images, or generated documents.

1. Overview

PixToPDF Studio is designed as a privacy-first tool for converting JPG, PNG, and WebP images into PDF documents directly on your device.

You can use the core converter without creating an account, submitting your name, or providing an email address. By using PixToPDF Studio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. File Processing

Your selected images are processed locally by your browser to preview, reorder, resize, and generate PDF downloads. PixToPDF Studio does not intentionally upload source images or exported PDFs to our servers for conversion.

Because processing happens on your device, performance may vary depending on your browser, operating system, file size, and available memory.

3. Information We Process

  • Images you select: processed locally in your browser to create your PDF.
  • Conversion settings: page size, orientation, margins, image order, and related options used to generate the final PDF.
  • Local preferences: interface preferences may be saved in your browser local storage when the app needs to remember them.
  • Donation data: if you donate through a third-party service, that provider processes payment details under its own privacy terms.
  • Technical data: hosting providers may process standard logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for operation and security.

4. How We Use Information

We use limited information to provide and maintain the service, including to:

  • convert, preview, reorder, and export image-to-PDF files in your browser;
  • remember local interface preferences where applicable;
  • maintain website reliability, security, and abuse prevention;
  • respond to lawful requests where required.

5. Storage, Cookies, and Local Data

PixToPDF Studio may store small preferences in your browser storage. These items remain on your device until you clear browser data or reset site storage.

We do not use local preferences to personally identify you. The generated PDF exists in your browser session and wherever you choose to save it after download.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell personal information and do not share your selected images or generated PDFs with third parties. Limited technical data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, or security providers to operate the website.

7. Donations and External Links

The donation page may link to external payment providers, crypto wallets, or profile pages. When you open an external service, its own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control how those third parties process your information.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a browser-based web application. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a trusted browser, secure device, and safe network when processing sensitive files.

9. Data Retention

PixToPDF Studio does not retain your selected images or generated PDF files on our servers. Browser preferences remain on your device until removed by you. Standard technical logs, if generated by hosting infrastructure, are retained only as needed for security, troubleshooting, and operations.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Because conversion is local and no account is required, most file-related data is controlled directly by you on your device.

You can clear local preferences and site storage at any time through your browser settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

PixToPDF Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact the maintainer so appropriate action can be taken.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or PixToPDF Studio privacy practices, contact the maintainer through the official project or donation profile links.
